“Unfortunate Update: Wonder Woman 3 Stalled in DC Universe Despite Gal Gadot’s Endorsement from James Gunn and Peter Safran”

Despite Gal Gadot’s claims that James Gunn and Peter Safran had approved Wonder Woman 3, the movie is not moving forward as part of the DC Universe reboot. Director Patty Jenkins was initially given the green light to develop the film in 2020, but was later removed from the project due to major restructuring by Gunn and Safran. According to sources at Variety, there are currently no plans for any Wonder Woman projects beyond the previously announced Paradise Lost prequel series for Max. This contradicts Gadot’s recent interview with Flaunt Magazine where she stated that Gunn and Safran had assured her they would develop Wonder Woman 3 with her, saying “you’re in the best hands” and “we love you as Wonder Woman.” It remains to be seen whether this will actually happen.

Disappointing: Wonder Woman 3 will not be moving forward in the rebooted DC Universe - despite star Gal Gadot claiming the project had been greenlit by studio heads James Gunn and Peter Safran (seen in 2020's Wonder Woman 1984)

Wonder Woman fans were disappointed to hear that the third installment of the superhero movie will not be happening in the revamped DC Universe. Despite earlier reports from lead actress Gal Gadot that the project had been given the green light by studio executives James Gunn and Peter Safran, plans for the film have been scrapped. Gadot had previously expressed her love for the character and excitement about developing a third film with the team. However, director Patty Jenkins, who helmed the first two films, reportedly rejected notes from the studio on her treatment for the sequel, leading to her departure from the project. The new CEOs of Warner Bros., Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, along with Gunn and Safran, did not approve of Jenkins’ vision for the film and decided not to move forward with it in its current form. Although they offered a different direction for the film, Jenkins declined the offer and claimed that the executives did not understand her vision for the franchise.

Candid: This comes despite a recent interview from Flaunt Magazine, in which Gadot insisted that Gunn and Safran planned to move forward with the third Wonder Woman film - the star is seen wearing Ferragamo and Tiffany Co. for the sizzling cover

Although Gal Gadot gave an interview with Flaunt Magazine stating that the third Wonder Woman movie is in progress, there appears to be a more honest update on the situation. The cover of the magazine features the stunning actress dressed in Ferragamo and Tiffany Co. clothing.

James Gunn

Peter Safran

From what I’ve gathered, it looks like DC Studios isn’t currently working on Wonder Woman 3. It seems that both Gunn and Safran aren’t thinking about tackling a new Wonder Woman project in the updated DC Universe either. However, they have revealed a prequel series called Paradise Lost for the streaming platform Max.

Different viewpoint: Gadot revealed that during a meeting with James Gunn and Peter Safran, they expressed their gratitude for her portrayal of Wonder Woman. Flaunt interviewed her and she shared that the duo promised to collaborate with her on the third installment of the film. They even reassured her that she was in capable hands, which made her feel appreciated and esteemed.

She added the pair said: - 'You┬┐ve got nothing to worry about' before adding 'So time will tell.'

She was comforted by the pair’s words, “Don’t worry,” and they added, “Only time will tell.”

Busty: The star flashed her cleavage as she posed up a storm

The famous person showed off her curvy figure with self-assurance, highlighting her generous proportions as she struck a pose.

Wow: The star looked sensational in the new magazine snaps

The most recent magazine photos of the famous star were absolutely stunning. An anonymous source revealed that Jenkins stood up to those who questioned her vision or didn’t understand the character arc. This isn’t the first time Wonder Woman has appeared on screen, as Gadot first portrayed the DC Comics superhero in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016, following Lynda Carter’s iconic portrayal in the Wonder Woman TV series from 1975 to 1979. The first Wonder Woman movie premiered in 2017 and was a massive success, grossing $103 million in its opening weekend, and earning over $412 million domestically and $822 million worldwide. Later that year, Gadot reprised the role in Justice League, acting alongside Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, and Jason Momoa. Unfortunately, Wonder Woman 1984 did not perform as well at the box office due to the COVID-19 pandemic, earning only $46.8 million domestically and $122.8 million in foreign markets for a total of $169.6 million worldwide. The film was also released simultaneously on HBO Max.

Involvement: Jenkins helmed the first two movies starring Gal as Wonder Woman; the pair seen shooting Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Jenkins had directed the first two Wonder Woman films starring Gal as the beloved superhero. Recent sightings show them working on their latest project, Wonder Woman 1984, set to release in 2020.

First movie: The first Wonder Woman movie debuted in 2017, opening with a massive $103 million opening weekend en route to $412 million domestic and $822 million worldwide; Gal in Wonder Woman (2017)

The Wonder Woman movie, which was released in 2017, was a major success. The film earned $103 million during its first weekend and ultimately grossed $412 million domestically and $822 million worldwide. Gal Gadot played the beloved superheroine in this flick. However, the sequel didn’t receive as much acclaim from critics. While the first movie scored an impressive 88% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the second installment only managed to achieve a score of 58%. Gadot also returned to her role as Wonder Woman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which premiered on HBO Max in the same year. Fans were excited to see her make a cameo appearance in Shazam! Fury Of The Gods.
